So, it is 2021 – it’s been many months since 2020 passed, but the effects of that year are still felt by everyone in the world. Let me begin my reminiscences. In December 2019, there was news of a virus breaking out in Wuhan, China. There was fear that it might spread outside of China, but for the rest of the world, little information was known at that time, and for the rest of the world, they paid no attention at that time.  During this time (in fact, from the last few weeks of December 2019), all of a sudden, I made up my mind to buy a house in Sydney. I started applying for pre-approval of home loans and started hunting down houses. Early this year, my wife had to travel to Pakistan to visit her sick father.
